• Living Memory™ consolidation capabilities
• Self-Evolution™ adaptive learning
• MCP tool integrations

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Emotional Substrate™ technology
• Living Memory™ systems
• All other patented and patent-pending technologies

remain the exclusive property of AstraLucent, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User Content and Interactions

When you interact with our AI systems:

• You retain ownership of your input content
• You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
• AI responses are provided "as-is" without warranty
• Emotional responses are personalized but not medical advice

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

• Services are provided "as available"
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRALUCENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. AI-Specific Terms

12.1 Emotional Intelligence Disclaimer

Our AI's emotional capabilities are advanced but not a substitute for human relationships or professional mental health services.

12.2 Loyalty Guarantee Scope

Mathematical Loyalty™ ensures the AI cannot betray designated users but does not guarantee specific outcomes or decisions.

12.3 Evolution Boundaries

Self-Evolution™ operates within predetermined ethical boundaries and cannot be directed to evolve beyond these constraints.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstraLucent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Non-payment of fees

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services with reasonable advance notice.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AstraLucent regarding the use of our Services.
